She is HAACP certified, ServeSafe certified, OSHA 10 hr Certified, CDM/CFPP, Lean Green Six Sigma, as well as NYC Food Handler . Her years of managing in Food establishments has lead her skilled in financials, including creating budgets, P&L, Operating statements, cash handling procedures, Inventory maintenance, payroll, labor optimization, team building, training & development, safety, sanitation, audit, quality assurance, quality improvement, and project management.
